Phoenix Grand Patong

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a fridge and air conditioning. The breakfast selection was basic and lacked a variety of fresh options. Unfortunately, the staff at reception were less helpful, with one being particularly indifferent to concerns about my air conditioning. A decent place with potential for improvement.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably priced and impressive and had incredible location really close to far enough away from the clubs to be quiet and beach and main precinct. Accommodating personnel in explaining things, paid attention to every detail.

The service was very good with parking by hotel. The rooms were beautifully maintained and with fine view. We ate an above average breakfast in the restaurant. Everything was really good and the staff was fairly friendly and amicable.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the market and beach. The noise from the nearby boxing arena was disruptive at night.

Good pool, great and fantastic location to the biggest shopping centre of Phuket. For shots visit Irish Times Pub, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with a nice view and a big bed and the balcony and that's great.

As for me, the area was really busy.

The rooftop swimming area has a few sun beds for catching rays, offering a nice view. The balcony in the Superior Double Room adds a little outdoor space, even if it's not the most inviting.

The breakfast options felt limited and could use more variety. Many guests mentioned the unsatisfactory taste, and some even suggested grabbing food elsewhere. The shower water ran yellow initially, raising concerns about water quality, and the pool area had broken tiles, feel unsafe.

The location was ideal, just a short stroll from the vibrant nightlife on Bangla Road, close to the city center, and easily accessible to the largest shopping center in Phuket.

The stay was great overall. The spacious room was clean, and we enjoyed the simple breakfast spread. The pool area felt quite cramped compared to photos.

Amazing hotel with its free parking, outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and speedy wi-fi. The staff helped with my elderly parents during my first stay, which I remember fondly. Always a great experience, highly recommend! I'm coming back for a business trip.

We had an amazing group trip, just a minute walk from Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Chang Club boxing stadium. The friendly reception, and we enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions. Definitely check out the pool area. It was great!

The WiFi was really unreliable . It was frustrating trying to connect, and when we brought it up, the response was to get a SIM card instead of fixing it. Not what you expect from a hotel.
